Sixty days · flagship

Bring back the customers you already earned.

Most businesses have hundreds of past customers they have not spoken to in a year. Reactivation is a sixty-day program that organizes that list, reaches it by email, text and mail in your voice, automates the follow-up, and tracks every appointment and dollar it brings back.

What you get.

  • Your customer data pulled together, cleaned and segmented: who is dormant, who is high-value, who is due
  • A reactivation offer and a message written in your voice
  • A sequence across email, text and a printed postcard, timed over the sixty days
  • Automated follow-up: replies answered, appointments offered, reminders sent
  • A landing page or booking link when you need one
  • Tracking of replies, appointments, opportunities and revenue
  • A report at day 30 and day 60, with what to keep running

A good fit if.

  • A service business with a customer file: brakes, pools, HVAC, dental, fitness, real estate
  • A list of 300 or more past customers you have not emailed in six months
  • A slow season coming that you would rather fill now

From the plate.

The closest thing we have run for ourselves is Southaven Homes' agent list: 424 agents who had shown or sold our homes, organized in Airtable and mailed twice a month, with the engine drafting each send from that month's listings. Opens sit at 42.6%.

Questions we get.

What if our list is a mess?

Most are. Weeks one and two are for that. Spreadsheets, a point-of-sale export, a shoebox of invoices: we have worked from all three.

Do you text people who did not opt in?

No. We text customers who gave you their number in the course of doing business, with a clear way to stop, and we follow the carrier rules. Email and the postcard cover everyone else.

How do you track revenue?

Replies, bookings and appointments are logged automatically. Sales are matched by hand, or through QuickBooks if you use it.

What happens after sixty days?

If it earned its keep, the sequence keeps running as a monthly program, or it becomes the first module of your Engine.

Ready when you are.

Two sentences about what needs to change is plenty. We will come back with questions.
