Start here/The Etch Engine
Your marketing desk, on rails.
The Etch Engine is a private dashboard that answers your leads, drafts your campaigns, composes your posts, publishes your blog and sends you the numbers every Monday. You approve. It runs. We built the first one for our own company, and we run it for a few clients at a time.
What’s included.
- A text back to every new lead within minutes, with a real name on it
- Emails and posts drafted from your real data: listings, products, events, reviews
- Composed for each platform, with previews and character limits
- A compliance screen before anything is queued
- Blog posts and site updates published in one step
- Scheduled and sent on your calendar, in your time zone
- Routine texts and emails answered; the rest handed to you
- A Monday report in plain English, and every draft, approval and send on record
How it runs.
An Engine takes three months to go live, because the first month is spent learning your business, not automating it.
- Month 1 · BuildWe map your channels, connect the platforms and build your dashboard on your own subdomain.
- Month 2 · ShadowThe engine drafts alongside your current process. You compare.
- Month 3 · LiveApprovals move to the dashboard. Reports start. Your team is trained on it.
- OngoingWe run it with you: a monthly review, and new modules as you need them.
Follow-up automation.
Narrow on purpose. The Engine automates the follow-up that is adjacent to revenue and leaves the selling to people.
- A reply to every web lead within minutes, by text, in your name, with a time offered
- Appointment reminders and reschedules
- A review request after the job, and a referral ask after the review
- Everything routed to a person the moment it stops being routine
The stack.
We build on platforms we already run, so the Engine is dependable and the bill is predictable.
- Email: MailerLite, Klaviyo
- Social: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Text and voice: Twilio
- Records: Airtable, Google Workspace, QuickBooks
- Web: Netlify, your own site
- Writing and analysis: Claude by Anthropic, behind our own code
Capacity.
We run the Engine for a few clients at a time, because every one of them gets Jessica's eyes on every proof and Ryan's hands on the system. When we are full, the assessment still runs, and you go on the list.
A good fit if.
- You already do marketing and want it to happen without you every week
- You have one to five channels and real data behind them
- You want your own system on your own domain, not a seat on somebody's platform
From the plate.
Southaven Homes' Engine has run since summer 2026: a marketing room that drafts agent emails, a social room with a Fair Housing screen, a blog pipeline that publishes in one command, a text engine that schedules subcontractors in English and Spanish, and a voicemail line that transcribes and emails every call. It runs on the company's own subdomain, with its own data.
Every send waits for a human yes. The Engine drafts, checks and queues. A person approves. That is not a limitation we apologize for. It is the design.
Questions we get.
Does the AI send anything on its own?
Never. It drafts and queues. A person approves. The rule is built into the software, not the training.
Where does it run?
On a private server under your own domain, such as dash.yourcompany.com. Your data stays yours.
What does it cost?
A build fee for the first three months, then a monthly fee for running it, quoted after the Growth Assessment. The assessment is credited toward the build.
Can it work with our CRM?
If it is on our stack, yes, today. If it is not, we will tell you honestly whether it is a week of work or a bad idea.
We already have an agency. Does this replace them?
It can sit under them. The Engine drafts; they still approve.
Ready when you are.
Two sentences about what needs to change is plenty. We will come back with questions.
