Services/Email marketing
Email that gets opened, and answered.
Your customer list is the one marketing channel you own outright. We write, design and send the campaigns, build the automations that run on their own, keep the list clean, and report what each email brought in, on the platform your list already lives on.

Is email marketing still worth it for a small business?
Yes, and usually more than any other channel per dollar, because you are writing to people who already know you. A past customer is far easier to bring back than a stranger is to win, and email reaches them for almost nothing.
What makes it work is consistency and relevance: a steady calendar, messages that are useful rather than loud, automations that greet new customers and win back quiet ones, and a list kept clean so your emails keep landing in the inbox.
What’s included.
- A sending calendar with cadence rules, so a list is never blasted
- Copy in your voice, with several subject lines tested
- Design in your brand, mobile-first and checked in dark mode
- List cleaning, segments and a clean unsubscribe every time
- Automations: welcome, follow-up, win-back, review requests and post-purchase
- Inbox delivery: SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked and fixed
- Drafts from your real data, products, listings or jobs, written by AI and edited by a person
- A monthly report: opens, clicks, replies, and revenue where we can track it
Automations that run on their own.
A lot of the money in email is in the messages that send themselves at the right moment.
- A welcome series for new subscribers and customers
- Follow-up after a quote, a visit or a purchase
- Review requests a day after the job
- Win-back for customers you haven't seen in six months
- Birthday, renewal and service-due reminders
Put your domain into our free check. It reads the three records mailbox providers look at and tells you what is missing, in ten seconds.

What email marketing costs.
Email is part of the Growth plan ($1,500 a month, two campaigns a month) and the Pro plan ($2,500 a month, weekly email). Your email platform's own fee is separate and paid to them, often free to about $100 a month for a local business's list. Email on its own, or a one-time automation build, is quoted after a free checkup.
What to expect.
- Month 1List cleaned, delivery fixed, a welcome automation live and the first campaign out.
- Month 2A steady calendar, with segments for the customers who need a different message.
- Month 3 onWin-back and review automations running, results compared month over month.

A good fit if:
- You have 200 or more contacts and have not emailed them in months
- You send, but only when someone remembers
- You need a welcome series or a follow-up that runs itself
- You mail two audiences that need two different voices, such as agents and buyers
From our work.
Southaven Homes mails two lists: 424 real-estate agents twice a month at a 42.6% open rate, and a buyer list at 56.8%. The agent email is drafted from that month's real listings, edited by a person and sent from MailerLite. For a sixteen-location auto service client, a weekly email goes out for every shop, written and designed by us.
Questions we get.
Do we have to switch email platforms?
No. We work inside MailerLite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Constant Contact, and we can move you if yours is holding you back.
Who writes it?
We do, in your voice, from a short interview and the material you already have. You approve every send.
Can AI draft our emails?
Yes. We draft from your real data, such as new listings, products or jobs. A person always edits and approves before anything sends.
How often should we send?
Most business-to-business lists do well at twice a month. Retail lists can take weekly. We set a cadence rule and hold to it.
How big does our list need to be?
A few hundred contacts is enough to start. Past customers, quote requests and anyone who has bought from you all count, as long as they agreed to hear from you.
Will our emails land in spam?
Not if the domain is set up right and the list is clean. We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC first, and you can run the free check yourself on our deliverability page.
