- Read-only, never passwords. Where a number matters we ask for read-only access, like an accountant would.
- Nothing about your customers goes into a free AI chat tool. Not by us, and the staff policy we leave you says the same for your team.
- A data map in every report. Each recommendation says exactly what it would touch.
- A person approves. We recommend AI that drafts and people who decide, for prices, complaints and hiring especially.
- A “not yet” list. Where AI shouldn’t be used in your business yet, said plainly.

What is an AI business audit?

How is yours different from the free ones?
Free audits and most cheap ones start from a questionnaire and end in a list of tools. Ours start from numbers measured in your business: three days of time logs, a timed secret shop and data read from your own systems. Every recommendation shows its arithmetic, and we measure again later to check the hours came back.
What does the guarantee mean?
If the audit doesn't find at least the hours a week of work AI can take on that your tier promises (2, 5 or 10), you get the fee back. It is a promise about what we find and measure, not about results we can't control, and we only take on audits where we expect to clear it. That is what the 20-minute call is for. Which one is right for us?
Most owners with a team of five to fifteen start with the Focus Audit. If you want to try us first, the $500 Quick Scan looks at how your leads and customers get answered and counts toward either audit. Businesses with several locations or more than fifteen people usually need the full audit.
How much of our time does it take?
For the full audit, about three hours of the owner's time all in, and about 35 minutes from each person we interview, plus five minutes a day for three days on the time log. The Quick Scan needs one 45-minute call.
What do you need access to?
Mostly conversations and screen-shares. Where a number matters we ask for read-only access, like an accountant would, and never for passwords. Nothing about your customers goes into a free AI chat tool, and the report includes a map of what each recommendation would touch.
Will you sell us software?
We don't mark up anyone else's software, and we often recommend turning on things you already pay for. If a tool is worth buying, you buy it directly and own the account.
Do we have to build it with you?
No. The plan is yours, written so you, your team or another builder can follow it. If you build with us, the fee is credited and the quote is fixed before any work starts.
Do you work outside Nashville?
Yes, by video anywhere in the US. Within about 40 miles of Brentwood we do the owner interview in person.
Is this the same as your free website AI check?
No. The free check reads your website the way AI tools do. The audit looks at the whole business. Every audit includes the website check.
