Google Ads that answer the search.

When someone near Nashville searches for what you sell, your ad should be the answer, and every click should be counted to a call, a form or a booking. We build and run your search campaigns and your Google Business Profile, test new ads every week with help from AI, and show you what each dollar brought back.

What does Google Ads management include?

Google Ads management means choosing the searches worth paying for, writing the ads, setting budgets and bids, tracking which clicks become calls, forms and bookings, and cutting the searches that waste money. Done well, it is weekly work, not a campaign someone set up once and left running.

At Etch it also covers your Google Business Profile, which is often the cheapest source of calls a local business has, plus new ad copy drafted every week with AI from what is already working, and one page every month that shows what each dollar brought back.

What’s included.

  • Search campaigns on the searches that mean “ready to buy,” not every loosely related word
  • Your Google Business Profile: categories, services, photos, posts and review replies
  • Local Services Ads where your industry qualifies
  • Tracking on calls, forms and bookings, in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • New ads every week, drafted by AI from what is working and approved before they run
  • Wasted searches cut every week, with the list in your report
  • Performance Max only where it earns it, with a plain report of where its money actually runs
  • One page every month: spend, calls, forms, cost per lead and what we are changing

Where most local accounts lose money.

We take over a lot of Google Ads accounts. The same leaks show up in most of them, and every one is fixable.

  • Broad keywords that pay for searches like “jobs” and “free”
  • No list of excluded searches, so the waste repeats every week
  • Calls from ads that are never counted, so nobody knows what works
  • Every click sent to the homepage instead of a page built for that search
  • Campaigns that run as banner ads when everyone thinks they are search
  • Ads that run at 2 a.m. while the budget is gone by noon

How it runs.

  • First two weeks · BuildAccounts, tracking and the first campaigns, on the searches your customers use.
  • Then · LaunchAds go live with a daily budget you set, paid straight to Google.
  • Every week · TuneNew ad copy tested, wasted searches cut, money moved to what books.
  • Every month · ReportOne page of numbers and the next change to make.

What Google Ads costs.

Our management fee is your plan price. Starter, at $450 a month, covers Google Ads as your one channel. Growth ($1,500) and Pro ($2,500) add Facebook and Instagram, email, social and more. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to Google. Most local businesses start between $500 and $1,500 a month in ad spend, and we recommend a number from your area, your margins and what a new customer is worth to you.

What to expect.

  1. Weeks 1–2Tracking installed, the account built or cleaned up, the first campaigns ready for your yes.
  2. Week 3Ads live. Calls and forms start showing up on your dashboard.
  3. Month 2Search terms pruned and budgets moved to what books. Cost per lead starts to steady.
  4. Month 3 onWeekly tests and a monthly report, with the next change always written down.

A good fit if:

  • People call when they find you on Google, but they don't find you often
  • You run Google Ads and can't tell what they bring in
  • Someone else runs your account and won't show you inside it
  • You serve a clear area around Nashville

From our work.

When we linked a sixteen-location client's Google Ads to their analytics, the campaign everyone called “search” turned out to be running mostly as banner ads, and the average visit lasted seven seconds. Nobody had hidden anything. Nobody had looked. That is the first thing we check in any account we take over: where the money actually runs, and what each visit did.

Questions we get.

How much should we spend on Google Ads?

Most local businesses we work with start between $500 and $1,500 a month in ad spend, paid directly to Google. We recommend a number from your area, your margins and what a customer is worth to you.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. You pay Google directly. Our fee is the plan price, and it doesn't rise when your budget does.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. We work inside your account, and if we ever part ways everything stays with you.

How fast will we see results?

Search ads can bring calls in the first week. The first month is about learning which searches turn into customers, and most accounts settle into a steady cost per lead by the second or third month.

What is a good cost per lead on Google Ads?

It depends on the trade and the town. A cost per lead is only good or bad against what a customer is worth to you, so we set a target with you in the first month and report against it every month.

Can you take over our existing account?

Yes. We start by finding where the money goes, keep what works and fix the rest. Your history stays in your account.

What are Local Services Ads?

Google's pay-per-lead ads with the Google Guaranteed or Google Screened badge, shown above regular search ads for many home-service and professional trades. We set them up where your industry qualifies.

Is Google Business Profile included?

Yes, in every plan. For a local business it is often the cheapest source of calls there is.
