The crafts/Email
Email that gets opened, and answered.
Newsletters, campaigns and automations for businesses with a list and no time to work it. We write, design, build, send and report, on MailerLite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Constant Contact, whichever your list already lives on.
What’s included.
- A sending calendar with cadence rules, so a list is never blasted
- Copy in your voice, with five subject lines tested per send
- Design in your brand, mobile-first, checked in dark mode
- List hygiene, segmentation and a clean unsubscribe every time
- Automations: welcome, follow-up, win-back, post-purchase
- Every send proofed by you before it goes
- A monthly report: opens, clicks, replies, and revenue where we can track it
- Blog posts, listings and products pulled in automatically when you have them
How it runs.
A month of email at Etch runs on a four-week rhythm. The engine keeps the calendar; people do the judging.
- Week 1 · PlanWe agree the month's sends and who each one goes to.
- Week 2 · Draft & proofThe proof lands in your inbox with a link to approve or edit.
- Week 3 · SendIt goes out on the day, to the right segment, in your name.
- Week 4 · ReportOne page of numbers and what to change next month.
A good fit if.
- You have 200 or more contacts and have not emailed them in months
- You send, but only when someone remembers
- You need a welcome series or a follow-up that runs itself
- You mail two audiences that need two different voices, such as agents and buyers
From the plate.
Southaven Homes mails two lists: 424 real-estate agents twice a month at a 42.6% open rate, and a buyer list at 56.8%. The agent email is drafted by the Etch Engine from that month's real listings, edited by a person and sent from MailerLite. Pleasures Boutique runs three recurring formats in Klaviyo: a journal, an education series and a monthly digest.
Questions we get.
Do we have to switch email platforms?
No. We work inside MailerLite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Constant Contact, and we can move you if yours is holding you back.
Who writes it?
We do, in your voice, from a short interview and the material you already have. You approve every send.
Can the AI draft our emails?
Yes. The Etch Engine drafts from your real data, such as new listings, products or events. A person always edits and approves before anything sends.
How often should we send?
Most business-to-business lists do well at twice a month. Retail lists can take weekly. We set a cadence rule and the engine holds us to it.
Ready when you are.
Two sentences about what needs to change is plenty. We will come back with questions.
