The crafts/Brand & Web

A brand you can build on.

Logos, brand systems, mission and voice, and websites built to last, from the first question to launch day.

What’s included.

  • Discovery: audience, the ten-year view, voice and position
  • Logo and mark, with print and screen versions
  • Color, type and usage rules on one sheet
  • Mission, vision and value statements you will actually use
  • Business cards, letterhead, signage, vehicle graphics
  • Websites: design, copy, build, forms, analytics, hosting
  • Search basics: titles, descriptions, local pages, sitemap
  • Launch, and a care plan afterward

How it runs.

Brand work runs in four moves. Web work runs the same way, with the build in the third.

  • DiscoverThe five questions we ask every company, answered in one session.
  • ConceptThree directions, shown in context: a card, a sign, a screen.
  • RefineOne direction, pushed until it is right.
  • DeliverFiles, rules and, for a site, the launch itself.

A good fit if.

  • A new business that wants to look established on day one
  • An established business whose materials no longer match each other
  • A website that was built by a cousin in 2016

From the plate.

Southaven Homes' site was rebuilt from scratch in 2026: seven plans, live listings, a blog, local pages and forms that land in the owner's inbox. Dovetail Lifestyle got a name, a mark and a launch site in one engagement.

Questions we get.

How long does it take?

A logo and brand system in four to six weeks. A website in six to ten, depending on how much of the content exists.

Do we own the files?

Yes. Everything, including the working files.

What do you build websites on?

Static sites on Netlify for speed and security when there is no store. Shopify or Wix when there is. We will recommend one after we know what the site has to do.

Can you fix the logo we already have?

Often, yes. Sometimes the honest answer is to start over, and we will tell you which.

Ready when you are.

Two sentences about what needs to change is plenty. We will come back with questions.
