AI, set up and working in your business.

Most businesses don't need more AI tools. They need the right few, connected to the systems they already run on, set up with sensible rules and explained to the people who will use them. We do that end to end, then stay on to measure what it saves.

What does AI implementation involve?

Choosing the tools that fit the jobs found in the audit; connecting them to your CRM, calendar, phone, books and marketing platforms; setting the rules for what AI may do on its own and what needs a person; testing on real work; and training your team.

Done in that order, AI becomes part of how the business runs, rather than one more login nobody uses.

What’s included.

  • Tool selection, with the reasons written down
  • Business accounts set up so your data isn't used for training
  • Connections to your CRM, calendar, phone, email, books and ad platforms
  • AI assistants trained on your services, prices, policies and FAQs
  • Rules for what AI can do on its own and what goes to a person
  • Testing on real examples before anything goes live
  • Training for your team, with short written guides
  • Monthly check-ins on hours saved and what to change

AI assistants.

Two kinds of assistant earn their keep in a small business.

  • For customers: a website and text assistant that answers common questions, quotes your real prices and hours, and books appointments
  • For your team: an assistant you can ask about the business: today's schedule, last week's leads, a customer's history or a policy
  • Both work from your own information, not the open internet
  • Both hand off to a person when a question needs one

How it runs.

  • Week 1 · ConnectAccounts, access and the systems the AI needs to read.
  • Week 2 · BuildAssistants and workflows configured from your information.
  • Week 3 · TrainYour team walked through it, with guides to keep.
  • Week 4 · LiveRunning on real work, measured from day one.

What AI implementation costs.

Every implementation is quoted at a fixed price after the AI audit, so you know the number before work starts. Smaller projects, like a single assistant or workflow, start at $500. Software subscriptions are paid directly to the provider and stay in your name.

A good fit if:

  • You've done an audit, ours or your own, and want it built
  • You have tools that don't talk to each other
  • You want an assistant on your website that can actually book
  • You want your team using AI safely, with rules

From our work.

Southaven Homes, the home builder our owners run, is our proving ground. Its dashboard pulls in jobs, schedules, books and leads; an assistant answers questions about any of it; new leads get a text in about ninety seconds; and listing photos are prepared in an AI studio. Most of what we build for clients ran there first.

Questions we get.

Which AI tools do you use?

Whichever fit the job. We work with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, automation platforms, and the AI already built into tools like your CRM or email platform. We recommend; you own the accounts.

Can AI connect to our existing software?

Usually. Most CRMs, calendars, accounting and ad platforms can be connected directly or through an automation platform. The audit confirms what is possible before you commit.

Who owns what you build?

You do: the accounts, the data, the instructions and the documentation.

What happens when something breaks?

We monitor what we build, fix what breaks and keep a log. Ongoing support is available month to month, or as part of a plan.

Do you train our staff?

Yes. Every implementation includes hands-on training and short written guides, so the tools keep getting used after we step back.

Do we have to start with an audit?

For anything broad, yes, so we build the right thing first. A single, well-defined assistant or workflow can start straight away.
